  • Designed for clients who want to remain involved in the planning process while having expert guidance every step of the way, our Custom Planning service offers a tailored approach built entirely around your needs.

    This flexible, curated experience allows you to access professional support where it matters most; whether that’s sourcing the right venue, refining your design, managing vendors, or bringing structure to your timeline. We step in as needed with clarity, organization, and insight to ensure nothing is overlooked and every decision feels confident and aligned.

    Offered on an hourly basis, this service is intentionally designed to give you the freedom to invest in support as needed, while still benefiting from a cohesive, well-managed planning experience.

    • Venue sourcing & contract guidance

    • Timeline creation and logistical planning

    • Ongoing communication and planning meetings 

    • Event Coordination Experience must be added on to this service

    Custom Planning Rate: $50.00/hour
    (Event Coordination services not included and may be added separately)

  • Perfect for clients who have planned their event but want professional support to manage the details and bring everything together. We step in anywhere from 1-6 months before your event to bring together all your plans & vision. Our Event Coordination service ensures your timeline is clear, your vendors are aligned, and your day runs smoothly.

    We take care of final vendor communication, event day logistics, and on-site execution so you can focus on what truly matters: enjoying your event.

    • Final timeline creation, refinement & execution
